Florian Wüst
Florian Wüst lives in Berlin as a freelance artist and film curator. His work deals with the history of the Federal Republic of Germany and social, economic, and technical progress in modern times. Film programs curated by him are shown in international art institutions, cinemas, and festivals. He frequently writes, lectures, and teaches on topics related to film and society. Wüst is co-editor of the book Wer sagt denn, dass Beton nicht brennt, hast Du's probiert? Film im West-Berlin der 80er Jahre (Who says concrete doesn't burn, have you tried it? Film in West Berlin in the 1980s) (2008) and the DVD edition Die moderne Stadt. Filmessays zur neuen Urbanität der 1950/60er Jahre (The Modern City: Film Essays on the New Urbanity of the 1950s/60s) (2015).
