Born in Copenhagen in 1974, she was a curator at the Kunsthalle Fridericianum in Kassel from 2004 to 2006 and recently curated the exhibition ‘undo redo’. Among other roles, she served as a research assistant and coordinator of the exhibition ‘Collective Creativity’, which featured artist groups from Europe, Asia and America. Previously, she worked on the exhibition Who if not we… at Bak, basis voor actuele kunst, Utrecht.
In 1999, she completed her BA in Communication at Roskilde University Centre. From 2000 to 2003, she studied Art and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen and at Humboldt University in Berlin. From 2003 to 2004, she successfully completed the De Appel Curatorial Training Programme in Amsterdam. She writes regularly for magazines, including Øjeblikket and Umelec. She is co-founder and curator of the 1st Copenhagen Quadrennial of Contemporary Art, 2008
