ioha

ioha works with text, sound, image, video and installations. Among other things, ioha deals with subculture, (agricultural) worker culture, post-apocalypse, (dangerous) wealth, educational justice, violence and aesthetics of resistance. After growing up in a post-subsistence agricultural working-class environment, ioha earned a BA in Cultural Studies (University of Leipzig) and an MFA in Media Art and Design (Bauhaus University Weimar), as well as gaining professional experience in international projects at the intersection of humanities and artistic research, film and radio production, cultural management, pedagogy, and historical-political education.
