DEAR FUTURE EJACULATORS

In their experimental short film DEAR FUTURE EJACULATORS, Ledermann & Marschner invite the viewer into a sensual space. The testicular sac - typically overshadowed by the phallus - takes centre stage. Within it lie shame, pain, lust, dependence, ignorance, and dangerously fecund seed.Ledermann & Marschner playfully plunder the sac, creating an opulent iconography of testicles. Orchid blossoms and testicular nightmares, adorned latex sacs and microscopic sperm swarming, full blossoms and testicular massages, creamy testicle-shaped pastries and hand-sewn contraceptive panties. Wrapped in a stimulating soundscape and a poetic, polyphonic voiceover, the viewer’s gaze glides over naked testicles, touches baroque jewellery and explores questions of relationships and responsibility.
