Sophie Maintigneux

French cinematographer, has worked on over 60 documentaries and feature films since 1984, collaborating with Eric Rohmer, Jean-Luc Godard, Michael Klier and Jan Schütte, recipient of numerous awards, including the German Camera Award in 2003 and 2009 and the German Film Critics' Award in 1991, co-founder of the Femina Filmpreis e.V., since 1990 teaching at various film schools, since 2006 co-head of the camera department at the dffb Berlin, since 2011 professor of image design at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
