Matthew Biederman & Pierce Warnecke
Matthew Biederman (born 1972) has been working since the 1990s in media analysis, performance and installation art in the fields of image perception and data systems from various perspectives. His works have been shown worldwide at numerous festivals and exhibitions, including BIAN (Montreal, 2013), Sonic Acts (Amsterdam, 2013) and the 11th Lyon Biennale (2011). He has performed at Elektra and Mutek (Montreal, 2014) and Ars Electronica (Linz, 2007), among others.
Pierce Warnecke's (*1983) works span the fields of video art, performance and installation. He deals with changes in matter and its decomposition within the temporal dimension. His works have been presented at transmediale (Berlin, 2013 and 2015), Kunst-Werke (Berlin, 2013), the Bozar Electronic Arts Festival (Brussels, 2013) and the Zero1 Biennale (California, 2012), among others.
