Film and theatre director. Frequent collaborations with young amateur actors (feature film Kombat Sechzehn, 2005, and play Opferpopp, 2007). Since the 2012/2013 season, Mirko Borscht has been working as a director in drama and with young actors at Theater Bremen, where he has staged Lars von Trier's ‘Europa’ and developed a project about the right-wing extremist Odfried Hepp entitled ‘Larger than life’ with young people.
