Andres Veiel

Director and writer, studied psychology and then directing under Krysztof Kieslowski; since 1990, theatre plays, but primarily (documentary) films for cinema, including Black Box BRD (2001), Die Spielwütigen (2004), Der Kick (2006), Wer wenn nicht wir (2011). Veiel has received more than forty awards for his work, including several German and European Film Awards. He teaches at the dffb in Berlin.
