EMARE scolar Coralie Vogelaar from Amsterdam is an artist conducting systematic research studies that reveal the mechanisms within our visual culture through quantitative research methods. Recently she uses image recognition, eye tracking and an emotion recognition software. At Werkleitz she will talk about the new work in progress on the subject of emotion recognition from an algorithmic point of view. The project uncannily leads to non-verbal communication between two chat bots. The English language event is expected to take 90 min. The admission is free.
