Ginan Seidl's ج- ن- ن J-N-N at Berlinale Forum Expanded 2025

We are delighted that ج- ن- ن J-N-N by PMMC alumna Ginan Seidl is part of the Berlinale Forum Expanded 2025 at silent green Kulturquartier.

This essayistic 3-channel video installation blends family conversations from a trip to Iraq with research on the Jinn – elusive entities central to Iraqi culture – exploring themes of war, repression, and cosmic beliefs.

The installation is a co-production between the artist and PARA Film GbR.

Admission free

There will also be a guided tour in the presence of the artist on Saturday 15th of February 2pm.
