Ulrich Gregor

Ulrich Gregor studied journalism, Romance languages and film studies and has published numerous works on film history. Together with his wife Erika Gregor, he co-founded the association ‘Friends of the German Film Archive’ (1963), the Berlin Arsenal Cinema (1970) and the Berlinale section ‘International Forum of New Cinema’ (1971), which they ran for many years. In 2010, at the 60th Berlinale, they were honoured with a Berlinale Camera for their international film curatorial work.
