Aude Benhaïm

Filmmaker and artist, raised in France. In 2009, she completed her bachelor's degree in visual communication at the Ecole européenne supérieure d'art de Bretagne / site de Rennes. In 2011, she came to study at the Academy of Visual Arts in Leipzig (class: photography and moving image, Prof. Tina Bara). In 2016, she completed her diploma with the documentary film Ailleurs en moi. In 2017, she participated in the TP2 Talentpool continuing education programme in the field of directing with the project Île. In 2018, she won the KONTAKT Pitching Prize at the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung's Young Talent Day with Île. The project was realised in 2021 with funding from the BKM, KDFS and SLM. Lives and works in Leipzig.
