The selected films show Central German landscapes in transition. They act as seismographs of an environment that can only be grasped through its constant change. Although humans are the driving force behind the transformation, they are in retreat - displaced by automated industrial plants, myriads of photovoltaic systems and whitewashed forests. In the presence of the filmmakers Emerson Culurgioni and Florian Fischer and the curator Laura Reichwald.
