Heiko Hilker

After graduating from high school in 1985, worked as an electrician.
From 1986 to 1991, studied information and measurement technology at the Technical University of Dresden (until February 1990 on behalf of the NVA) and graduated with a degree in engineering.
1991 research assistant at the Technical University of Dresden. Termination agreement.
October 1991 to February 1993: unemployed.
1993: project manager: reappraisal of the history of GDR youth media.
1994: unemployed again for several months.
July 1994 onwards: project manager again.
September 1994 to September 2009: politician by vocation and profession.

Since September 2009, active at the Dresden Institute for Media, Education, and Consulting.
