Katalog Release Nachweis für Besiedlung

The catalogue Evidence of Settlement has been published by Revolver Publishing Berlin as the outcome of the Werkleitz projects marking 50 years of Halle-Neustadt (2014).

For the exhibition project Evidence of Settlement, organised by Werkleitz, artists, designers and theorists were invited to work with items from the eponymous collection of objects representing everyday culture in Halle-Neustadt. Five of these interpretations were publicly displayed in the Rauminhalt shop window over a period of 50 days. Further interpretations were created in the studio.
All the works are presented together in the catalogue.

To mark the catalogue launch, the Moritzburg is screening three selected films from our successful film programme Neustadt and the New Cities.

Finally, the last guided tour of the exhibitions Andrea Pichl: Unterkunft Freiheit and StadtNeu. Works from the Collections will be led by the museum’s director, Thomas Bauer-Friedrich. The section of the Neu-Neustadt model (2006) from the Evidence of Settlement collection can be viewed at Moritzburg until 27 January.
