Energien und Netze

Starting in 2024, the Spring School will take place as an annual interactive workshop format organised by the Agentur für Aufbruch (AfA). In conversation with local actors, students from Martin Luther University and Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design gain insights into subjective experiences and collective practices in the region. In interdisciplinary collaboration, the participants of the Spring School transform their portraits of people and their places of life and work into a magazine that is presented to the public. The Spring School combines methods of writing and photography.

For 2024, actors in the Mansfeld region will be interviewed on the topic of energies and networks. To this end, we are in contact with the Hettstedt municipal utilities, Helbras energy management and the Walbeck solar castle, among others. The results will be presented publicly by the participants of the Spring School on 1 June 2024 at Kurt's Garage, Molmecker Straße 86 in Hettstedt.
