During a strenuous workout, the human body of a trainer and the digital body become increasingly similar; an avatar emerges and takes on a life of its own.

In the enclosed space of a Berlin gym, a trainer works during a live cycling training session to create a perfect digital image of her body in order to make it available for commercial use by Cyberobics, an international online fitness community.

ALL IN plays with levels of reality and virtuality. The film explores the dream of boundless self-optimization and negotiates processes of transformation of real space into a metaverse, the longing for immortality, parasocial communication, and new forms of loneliness.
