Paloma Llambías

Paloma is a Chilean film editor and audiovisual artist living in Weimar, Germany. Her interests lie in researching processes in image production and auteur films. Since 2017, she has been working as an amateur filmmaker, which gives her the opportunity to freely explore editing as a creative tool. This has led her to teach film editing, first as a student and now as a lecturer at the Bauhaus University Weimar. She works as a freelance editor for various audiovisual projects, ranging from documentaries, talk shows and image films to short feature films. She holds a degree in fine arts from the University of Chile (2011) and a master's degree in media art and design from the Bauhaus University Weimar (2021).
