In 1996, together with Iris Dressler, he founded the Hartware MedienKunstVerein as an independent platform for the presentation of contemporary art in Dortmund. Since 2005, both have jointly directed the Württembergischer Kunstverein in Stuttgart. Since 1996, the central projects of the Dressler/Christ curatorial team have included various major international exhibitions as well as workshops, film programs, and research projects.
