Ferhat Özgür
Ferhat Özgür was born in Ankara and lives and works in Istanbul. He graduated from Gazi University Education Faculty Department of
Painting and completed his master and Ph.D degree in Hacettepe University Fine Arts Faculty where he taught for more than a decade.
His recent solo shows were held ind MoMA PS1 New York and Marabouparken-Sweeden in 2013. Özgür’s work has been presented at numerous institutions and biennials all over the world, including the 6th Berlin Biennial; 10th International Istanbul Biennial; 1st Tirana

The North Ossetia. Alongside his artistic production he also continues writing articles for different newspapers and periodicals.
