Lecture Andreas Petrik

From 5 to 7 December 2022, Umbruch im Film, an industry get-together for the professionalisation and networking of filmmakers, film producers, film festival organisers and film curators, presented by the Werkleitz Gesellschaft, took place in Halle (Saale). Umbruch im Film focused on films that address current social upheavals such as deindustrialisation and structural change in rural areas and post-mining landscapes. Andreas Petrik, Professor of Didactics in Social Studies at Martin Luther University Halle, reported on the possibilities of recreating life together in the village in order to try out social processes.
