(Un)Sichtbares Wasser

While lakes need to be limed to keep ecosystems in balance, pumps elsewhere run tirelessly to keep neighborhoods like Halle-Neustadt dry. Long-distance water pipelines supply the region—but for how much longer?
Together with Johannes Krell (documentary filmmaker), Mareike Pampus (ethnologist, MLU Halle), Matthias Lux (CEO, Stadtwerke Halle), and Linda Leibhold (consultant for waterway maintenance), we aim to make the invisible visible and ask how water scarcity and structural change are challenging our water infrastructures.
