Release: Magazin Unter uns in Hettstedt [Magazine Among Us in Hettstedt]

The release of the magazine Unter uns will take place on Saturday, November 20, at 7:30 p.m. in Hettstedt at Kurt's Garage in the Alter König (Molmecker Str. 86).

Starting at 7:00 p.m., there will be grilled roasts available to go. Daniel Herrmann, director of Werkleitz, will present the magazine at 7:30 p.m. and also talk about future projects in Mansfeld Hettstedt and Wiederstedt. The presentation will last about 40 minutes. Please dress warmly so that we can continue talking outside by the grill. Admission is free (2G).

The magazine is the essence of artistic and scientific research from the Werkleitz Festival 2020 Unter uns – Bildproduktion im Mansfelder Land, including texts by Marcus Böick and Lars Fischer as well as work in progress by the artists: Felix Bielmeier, Falk Haberkorn, Juliane Henrich, Binh Minh Herbst, Isabell Hoffmann, Sven Johne, Simon Kirsch, Christin Marczinzik, Jana Müller, and Ralf Wendt. Additional contributions from Joachim Brohm's photography and media class at the Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig and ethnology students at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. The magazine is published by Mitteldeutscher Verlag (mdv) and available for €12 via info(at)werkleitz.de.
