The scope of responsibilities for production management is diverse: project planning, project specifications, organisation and monitoring of workflows throughout the entire project duration, as well as coordination, management and monitoring of all organisational, financial and technical details. The workshop highlights this spectrum and, above all, the tools available for this purpose, such as shooting schedules, dailies, budget controlling and other organisational systems tailored to the respective project requirements.

What mainly distinguishes the production management of network projects from conventional film production is the complex combination of image and sound production with the actual network production, i.e. the creation of completely new workflows between camera, sound, editing, web design and content management, possibly even linked to real events.
