The words ‘waste of time’ are literally woven into the tapestry. This seems to contradict the time-consuming process of hand-weaving. Or perhaps not. Whilst weaving, time sometimes seems to stand still, and at other times it flies by. Whether Fenja Petersen is wasting it is the last thing on her mind. Fenja Petersen isn’t sure whether this is luxury, achievement, relaxation or simply work at a different pace. Probably all of them at once.
