Born in Dresden, she studied journalism and political science in Leipzig and attended the European Film College in Denmark. Her cinematic, photographic, and text-based works can be described as a collection and archiving of events, moods, and encounters. An accumulation of snapshots that culminate in documentaries, also and precisely because they are partly interspersed with fictional stories.
