Florian Kunert
Florian Kunert works at the intersection of documentary filmmaking and visual art. His works explore the intersection between personal and broader social issues, examining their significance in collaboration with larger groups of protagonists and based on a specific location. In doing so, he combines performative and observational elements with stylised archive material. He studied documentary film directing at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV in Cuba and media art at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne.
