Carolin Wiedemann
Carolin Wiedemann is a journalist and sociologist. She writes for publications including Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Der Spiegel and Analyse & Kritik on gender relations, migration policy and digital capitalism. She is currently conducting research at Humboldt University in Berlin on how racism is changing as a result of the internet. She is part of the editorial team at Spheres. Journal for Digital Cultures and author of the study Kritische Kollektivität im Netz (Critical Collectivity on the Internet) (transcript). Her new book Zart und frei. Vom Sturz des Patriarchats (Tender and Free: On the Fall of Patriarchy) was published in January 2021 by Matthes & Seitz.
