Agentur für Aufbruch: Ministerpräsident übergibt Förderbescheid

Saxony-Anhalt's Minister President Dr. Reiner Haseloff officially handed over the funding decision for the Agentur für Aufbruch. The cooperation project between the Institute for Structural Change and Sustainability (HALIS) at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and the Werkleitz Gesellschaft e.V. will receive around two million euros in funding for its four-year term (2024-2027). It is intended to help develop new impulses for successful structural change in Saxony-Anhalt, strengthen social cohesion in the Central German mining region and promote a common understanding of the future.
The handover ceremony in the Löwengebäude of the MLU was followed by a visit to the exhibition Stadt, Land, Fluss. 150 years of geography in Halle, in which an exhibit from Springschool 2022
Aufbrüche was presented by Jonathan Everts and Daniel Herrmann.
We are greatly looking forward to continuing our involvement in the Mansfeld region with the Agentur für Aufbruch together with HALIS and applying the knowledge gained there to other locations in the Central German region over the next four years - Daniel Herrmann, Director Werkleitz
