The scope of responsibilities for production management is diverse: project planning, project specifications, organization and monitoring of workflows during pre-production, main production, and post-production, as well as coordination, management, and monitoring of all organizational, financial, and technical details. The workshop covers this spectrum and, above all, the tools available for this purpose, such as shooting schedules, dailies, budget controlling, and other organizational systems tailored to the respective project requirements.
