Produktion II: Produktionsmanagement

Production management covers the entire process of preparation, execution and post-production, including the supervision of all workflows. The course introduces essential tools such as shooting schedules, cost control and organisational systems. Furthermore, project management tasks are discussed using specific projects as examples.

In one-to-one sessions, projects are supported right up to the filming stage, addressing specific questions regarding the execution of the shoot and financial settlement.
