Generationen im Gespräch 2 (Generations in Conversation)

For Generationen im Gespräch [Generations in Conversation], Werkleitz is venturing into an experimental space for intergenerational conversation together with eight tandems, each made up of a younger and an older adult. Since February, the tandems have met regularly in Halle, Hettstedt, Leipzig and Sandersleben. Initially, the focus was on stories of beginnings and departures in life. These conversations about intimate life experiences – weddings, illness, sexuality, fears, successes and crises – together with shared moments of everyday family life gave rise to a reflective engagement with time and the future.
On 4 July at 4.30pm and 8 July at 6pm, the tandems will share impressions and reflections from their conversations with the public. The presentations will be moderated by Lykke Langer and Laura Linsig.
