Maßnahmen des Bundesverwaltungsamtes zum Schutz von Kulturgut

A documentary film about the microfilming of cultural possessions and documents from administration archives, under the direction of the Federal Administrative Office. The microfilms are placed in stainless-steel receptacles and stored in the central salvage site in Oberried near Freiburg. According to newest scientific findings, microfilm can be used as a long-term storage medium for at least 500 years without loss of information.
