Vom Luther-Wein zum Süßen See

On October, 18–19 we will visit Hoffmann's vineyard in Höhnstedt, Saxony-Anhalt. While Mrs Hoffmann will serve onion pie and federweisser (freshly made wine), we will get introducted into the process of home made wine production. In the evening we do not only taste Hoffmann's Luther wine but we also get served traditional plates of the Mansfeld region. On Sunday we explore the city of Höhnstedt and its surroundings by walking through the natural reserve Galgenberg und Fuchshöhlen to reach lake Süßer See.
