LA DUNA celebrates its world premiere at Visions du Réel in Nyon

The documentary LA DUNA by Emerson Culurgioni (PMMC 2013) and Stefanie Schroeder (PMMC 2015) was selected for the international competition Burning Lights at Visions du Réel in Nyon (April 12-21, 2024) and celebrates its world premiere on April 14.

Based on the rumor of a stolen a sand dune on the southern coast of Sardinia, LA DUNA revolves
around the question: Who owns the land? A collection of bizarre, fabulous, absurd and true stories
tells of power, ownership and resistance.

The filmmakers are alumni of the PMMC Masterclass. The production was supported by Werkleitz with the Projektförderung.
