Wide festival presence of Werkleitz-supported productions

We are pleased that several PMMC productions and film projects supported by Werkleitz are currently being screened at national and international festivals.

The PMMC production Körperin by Paloma Llambías and Leonie Kock (PMMC 2023) will be shown at the Kurzsuechtig Festival in Leipzig (April 8–12, 2026) as well as at the Achtung Berlin Filmfestival (April 15–22, 2026).

Warnung an die ferne Zukunft by Juliane Jaschnow and Stefanie Schroeder (PMMC 2024, PMMC Lab 2015/2016), following its premiere at this year’s Berlinale, will be screened at the Kurzsuechtig Festival in Leipzig (April 8–12, 2026), the Festival Internacional de Cine de Cartagena de Indias (April 14–19, 2026), the International Women’s Film Festival Dortmund+Cologne (April 21–26, 2026), and the European Media Art Festival in Osnabrück (April 22–26, 2026).

An der Saale hellem Strande by Dirk Hornschuch and Karl-Friedrich König (PMMC 2023) will be shown at the Grenzland-Filmtage Selb (April 9–12, 2026) and at Artspring Berlin (May 13, 2026).

The films Neustadt by Riccarda Cappeller and Constantin Melczer and Über Brücken by Theresa Münnich and Paul Lissner (both PMMC 2024) will be screened at Filmfest Dresden (April 14–19, 2026). Über Brücken will also be shown at the Neisse Filmfestival (May 26–30, 2026).
